For small and medium-sized clients (under 100 employees), we require a minimum contractual commitment of 12 months.
Given the complexities of larger enterprise businesses (101 employees and up), we realise there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach so we customise the solution and require a minimum contractual commitment of 24 months.

Customers can cancel their subscription by notifying MyHR in writing before the end of the initial term. Customers can also move to a month-to-month arrangement by notifying MyHR in writing prior to the end of the contract term.
