Pricing FAQ’s

The pricing structure is simple, with a fixed fee for businesses with 20 employees. For companies with 21+ employees, we price on a per-employee basis. That’s it. All-inclusive, cost-effective, and with unlimited HR and platform support.

We understand independent contractors need less HR management than employees, so we charge a lower rate per contractor (as we do for casual employees). Also, if you have spare full-time seats, we assign those to contractors or casuals to keep your costs as low as possible. Contractor rates available for businesses with 21+ employees.

For small and medium-sized clients (under 100 employees), we require a minimum contractual commitment of 12 months.

Given the complexities of larger enterprise businesses (101 employees and up), we realise there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach so we customise the solution and require a minimum contractual commitment of 24 months.

As you add and remove people, we automatically adjust your billing to give you the best rate possible. Our pricing model is designed to grow with your business, and we will automatically apply volume discounts as your employee count rises.

Yes, there is a one-off fee to onboard your business to MyHR, based on your headcount. After that, you’ll pay a simple, all-inclusive, monthly fixed fee. To find out more about MyHR’s onboarding process, get in touch with the team.

Customers can cancel their subscription by notifying MyHR in writing before the end of the initial term. Customers can also move to a month-to-month arrangement by notifying MyHR in writing prior to the end of the contract term.
