Wednesday 21st September

4.30 - 5.30pm (NZT) or 2.30 - 3.30pm (AEST)

The last few years have presented many unique challenges for SME leaders, business owners, and employees. As we emerge to the post-pandemic world, mental health and wellbeing is still front of everyone's mind. So how can we do right by our people, and support and strengthen team mental health, while doing right by the business?

MyHR CEO, Jason Ennor, will be joined by Sir John Kirwan, and health psychology specialist, Dr Fiona Crichton, for a panel discussion on practical ways SME leaders and employers can promote employee wellbeing and build a better business.

We'll cover:

  • How to prepare and boost employee mental health and resilience.
  • How to boost retention and safeguard against employee burnout.
  • The business case for performance care.
  • What tools, tips, and techniques can help.

There will be a 45 minute panel discussion, followed by 15 minutes audience Q&A.
