The last few years have presented many unique challenges for SME leaders, business owners, and employees. As we emerge to the post-pandemic world, mental health and wellbeing is still front of everyone's mind. So how can we do right by our people, and support and strengthen team mental health, while doing right by the business?
MyHR CEO, Jason Ennor, will be joined by Sir John Kirwan, and health psychology specialist, Dr Fiona Crichton, for a panel discussion on practical ways SME leaders and employers can promote employee wellbeing and build a better business.
There will be a 45 minute panel discussion, followed by 15 minutes audience Q&A.
Jason Ennor is one of NZ’s preeminent Human Resources (HR) thinkers and leaders. Believing there was a more intuitive way to deliver core HR services, Jason left a 15-year-long career in corporate HR and co-founded MyHR.
