Andrew Webster became the One New Zealand Warriors' head coach in 2023 after helping the Panthers win NRL titles. He previously coached at Hull KR, Wests Tigers, and Eels. In 2023, he led the Warriors to a top-four finish.

A standout in New Zealand cricket, he debuted for Canterbury in 2001, the Black Caps in 2004, captained Canterbury, coached the Black Caps, and now leads Canterbury as Head Coach. He also runs CSI Drug Testing.
